    1. PARTY

    TRABZON TEL ORME AND FENCE IND. FOREIGN TRADE LTD. STI. (hereinafter referred to as Trabzon Tel Fence) and the person applying through the https://www.trabzontelcit.com/?pnum=24&pt=Human+Resources website (hereinafter referred to as the Applicant) has accepted all the articles of this undertaking.

    2. POWERS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

    The Applicant accepts that the information he has given in the Registration Forum is correct and that he is responsible for any damages that may arise due to incomplete and incorrect information.

    The Applicant shared the information, photos and videos in the Registration Forum with TRABZON TEL ÇİT with his own consent. The Applicant has accepted in advance that he will not make any demands from TRABZON TEL ÇİT in case of use of the shared photos and videos.

    The Applicant has accepted that the videos and photographs used while filling out the Registration Forum do not violate the personal rights, copyrights and other rights of third parties. In case the videos and photos used in the Registration Forum violate the personal rights, copyrights and other rights of third parties and TRABZON TEL ÇİT has to pay due to the violations, the Applicant is obliged to cover the damage.

    The Applicant approves TRABZON TEL ÇİT's notification of recruitment or non-employment or information about projects via communication tools such as telephone, sms, e-mail.

    The Applicant acknowledges that he/she is aware and knows that he/she is not employed directly by completing the Registration Forum.

    The information provided by the Applicants while filling out the Registration Form will be stored in the TRABZON TEL ÇİT database and will not be shared with third parties. Official authorities' instructions are reserved.

    TRABZON TEL ÇİT has the right to change the job application form, conditions and articles of this undertaking without notifying the applicant.
    3. IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AGREEMENT
    The person applying through TRABZON TEL ÇİT and the https://www.trabzontelcit.com/?pnum=24&pt=Human+Resources website has accepted all the articles of this undertaking.

    The information I have given in this Job Application and Information Form is complete and correct, I will notify in writing my information that will change over time, within ten days at the latest, if I am hired with my false statement, my job will be terminated without the need for any notice or compensation, I accept and declare that I will not make any claims and therefore I will compensate the employer for the loss and damage.
